Business Partners for Schools
Objective
Business Partners for Schools is a national scheme which facilitates positive and mutually rewarding relationships between schools and businesses.
The scheme required a public facing website and password protected members portal that enables schools and businesses to find partners, make a connection and manage relationships with one another.
Solution
We developed a public website with two access points so that schools and businesses are only confronted with information that is relevant to their needs. We also ensured that the registration and payment processes were specifically relevant to the way that businesses and schools usually pay for goods and services.
We then developed an extremely complex yet easy to use system that enables the school and business members to find local or national partners who have similar interests. Schools and businesses can search and advertise opportunities, exchange information and contact one another using a messaging system. They are also able to log, track and manage the relationship over time and access a wide range of resources and support that help both parties to maximise the benefits that they receive from the partnership.
