All Clear Images
Objective
All Clear Images wanted a website that provides a library of competitively priced images that are pre-cleared and ready to use in films and television.
They provide complete global clearance, in all media, in perpetuity and their target market are set designers in the film and television industry. Many of the sites customers come through their industry contacts and another business that they operate.
The management team at All Clear Images wanted the website to include a back-end management system that would allow them to manage their library of images and customer transactions.
Solution
We provided All Clear Images with a website that was very clean and simple so that the core product would have greater presence.
We produced a sophisticated content management system that enables them to manage the customer facing side of their website with a shopping cart system that is linked to Pay Pal and a transaction recording and reporting system that allows them to:
- view their customer database and look at their trading history including previous purchases
- manage and track their income by date ranges
- manage customer and supplier details
- manage the image library
- manage supplier payments
- export reports.
The system also automatically re-sizes supplier images and categorises them into small, medium or large files for customers to purchase.
